Megan

LVN

Megan's journey in animal care began at a county animal shelter, where she started as a volunteer and eventually became a staff member. There, she discovered her deep love for caring for animals and decided to turn that passion into a career. She graduated from Baker College in 2017 and began working as a licensed veterinary nurse at an animal sanctuary. While there, she developed a strong foundation in fear-free handling and compassionate care. While she continues to work in and love shelter medicine, she's also sought new veterinary medicine opportunities to broaden her skills and knowledge, which brought her to EVC! She's especially passionate about making every pet feel safe and comfortable at the clinic and strongly advocates for fear-free practices in every aspect of care.
